The Savannah College of Education, Daboya wishes to inform all students that the registration process for the 2025 academic year will begin as follows:
I. Online registration will commence on Monday, 27th January 2025.
II. Students are required to fill out the online registration form on the college’s website.
I. After completing the online registration, students must visit the Registration Officers at the Dining Hall for document verification.
II. Please ensure you come along with all required documents for verification.
- The required documents include:
A. Health Insurance Card
B. SHS Certificates
C. Birth Certificate
D. Ghana Card (if available)
E. Proof Application
III. At the point of verification, each student will be required to pay GHS 30 for results verification per sitting. (AT A LATER DATE)
i. Beginning Wednesday, 29th January 2025, students are to proceed to the Finance Directorate for financial clearance.
ii. Freshers are required to pay the full amount of their fees before they can obtain financial clearance.
Continuing students must:
iii. Clear all outstanding arrears from previous academic years.
iv. Pay at least 70% of their fees for this academic year before financial clearance can be granted.
i. After completing the above steps, students are required to visit the Student Portal to finalize their registration process.
Please note that late registrations will attract a fine. Registration will officially close on **Friday, 28th February 2025**. All students are encouraged to complete their registration within the stipulated time to avoid any penalties.
